Constructive Deconstruction

Re-imagining The Corner

The concept behind the Constructive Deconstruction project is based on the idea that a corner represents a beginning and at the same time, an end. Thus, the corner should behave and embody this idea. That is why I chose to deconstruct the corner and remodel it in such a way that it represents a continuation of the directional flow. The reconstruction choice was a Delaunay tessellation. Using a faceted triangle design, I was able to support and redirect the existing façade and floor forces.
